Hot Grandmas’ Bitters

In a large glass container combine…

17 thinly sliced habañeros (seeds and all)

1 cup dried whole lavender flowers (organic)

4 ounces Peychaud’s Bitters

32 ounces Navy Strength Plymouth Gin

Cover it up and let it sit for four days.  Strain it and it’s ready to go.  Careful, it’s HOT!
